My approach to health and fitness is to educate, inspire and motivate my clients to achieve their goals through manageable lifestyle habits. Patience, consistency and hard work are the ingredients needed to reach your health and fitness goals- let EXLR8 Fitness guide you through your journey towards creating a happy, healthy life.
I personally struggles with maintaining a healthy weight throughout my life, into my early twenties. I came to the realization that no one is responsible for my health except for myself, and it was time to do something about it. I changed my habits, and it in turn changed my life.
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer with specialty training in Corrective Exercise, Fitness Nutrition and Sports Performance Enhancement Training. I compete in the National Physique Committee Bikini Division and am working towards my own goals of becoming a Professional Athlete.
